Automatic reservation is not possible on the website but only reservation inquiry in a particular period and the unit. Then Banica trade d.o.o. confirms booking (within 24 hours) or booking is marked as “not valid” and may propose new terms or accommodations that are available. In the case of confirmation, accommodation unit is considered reserved but deposit payment must be made within 48 hours or reservation will be canceled.
2. Payments
20% deposit must be payed in advance. The remaining amount is to be paid upon guest check-out.
3. The terms of cancellation and refund
Cancellations is free of charge if done 7 or more days prior to the use of accommodations. Refund of deposit is accomplished via guests’ account. If reservation is canceled within 7 days Banica trade d.o.o. reserves deposit. If a reservation is not canceled and guest did not show up, he will be charged the full amount.
4. Privacy policy
Banica trade d.o.o. pledges to protect personal information in a way that it collects only the necessary, basic information about guests that are necessary to fulfill the obligations. It also pledges to inform guests about the way of using collected data, give guests a choice about using their data, including the decision whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for any marketing campaign. All information about guests are strictly confidential and available only to those employees who need such information to perform their job. All of our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting this policy.
5. Conversion statement
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount of which will be charged by your credit card is obtained through the conversion price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency at the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference in comparison with the original price stated in our web site.
